While River North may be home to several of Chicago's most prominent condo towers and apartment high-rises, it's also a neighborhood that many buyers turn to who are in the market for a classic urban loft. And while the inventory of desirable loft conversions is strong in River North, here's a closer look at where you might want to start your search when looking to buy in 2019.
Ontario Street Lofts
Home to the Ontario Street Lofts, 411 W Ontario is one building you won’t want to overlook. Originally built near the turn-of-the-century, the property now makes room for a rooftop deck, exercise room, and some dramatic loft homes with incredible views.
